Our hardcopies cost about $25–30 AU each if you’re in Australia, and $45–50 AU for the rest of the world. There are also some "multivolume bundle” listings to make buying multiple hardcopies cheaper. These prices include tracked postage to any address, and the average delivery time is 2-3 weeks, occasionally 4–5 (West Failure is a long way from everywhere). We’re using an Etsy store to sell them because trying to set up taxes/VAT and shit was driving us up the walls, and our time could be better spent writing papers.
